Called Mitigate First for a flood restoration job and they were on-site fast, walked me through exactly what needed to happen, and had the water out and the space dried properly without any surprises. I called Levi 430a one day and he listened all details of what facing and clearly explained to me what I should do and why. He was attentive even at that time and willing to teach. He did not jump right in to mitigation with his company due I was getting results with what I was doing. He said call him back after implementing strategies he educated on. I called Levi about 4x total asking brief questions to know if what seeing still on par and what to look out for if services needed. After all, he came to look at property to make sure all ok and completed well with no foreseeable issues. I cannot express how excellent this company is to care on such detailed levels. I will be referring.

Great job, Levi and Moshe were so relatable, super knowledgeable, their crew and equipment was state of the art and updated. They communicate better than a married couple, i think for me this was my defining line for a great company to work with. The price was great, they worked directly with insurance for payment. And, even though my insurance didn't pay them in a reasonable time, they did not get aggressive or unprofessional. They were patient, respectful and I would definitely recommend them. My water damage was in mid May, and mostly because of Indians delays, by June 22nd paid in full and work completed. That's agreat turnaround.

Mitigate First was truly a breese to work with and provided top tier service. They came out to the site multiple times in the day included in the late evening to make sure everything was being taken care of and cleaned up in the best way.

These gentlemen are the best! I recently had a flood in my home that caused pretty extensive damage. From the first interaction via phone with Levi, I knew I was in good hands! He and his crew, Will, Hans, Michael, Moyse, all handled my family & I and our home with the utmost & thoughtful care. Levi was so patient, super communicative & got to know my small family in the short time he & his crew worked in my home. I was almost sad for the water remediation to be finished, because it meant I wouldn’t see these guys again.

The team at Mitigate First are honest and trustworthy. They are family first and excellent at responding quickly and Have shared recommendations when called for help even if not using their company. Definitely five stars!

We had a backed up drain cause flooding in our home on a Sunday, and Mitigate First was at our house within a few hours of calling. They were fast, professional, and did a great job of explaining to us what needed to be done and executing the work quickly.

Mitigate first answered the phone at 2 in the morning when a pipe burst. They were out first thing in the morning. They helped me get in touch with other people needed to help with the repairs I needed and were very informative and fourth coming every step of the way. They make a frustrating situation a lot better by taking care of the situation quickly and efficiently.

I recently returned from a nice and relaxing vacation to find that a pipe had burst; flooding a part of my home that will forever be sentimental to me. From the moment I reached out, Moshe was quick to act. He came out promptly, did a thorough inspection, took all the right photos, and documented everything exactly the way the insurance company required — no guesswork, no missing pieces. His itemized estimate was prepared in the same estimating system the insurance carrier uses, which made the review process seamless and kept everything aligned from the start.

In this day and age, dealing with good vendors, is few and far between. If one is trying to sell you the Brooklyn bridge, the other is trying to sell you the Eiffel tower. When you do find a good one you stick with them and let your neighbors know. My experience with Mitigate First was nothing short of fantastic and I would list them as one of the good ones. Highly reccomend! We had a big smoke issue from our fireplace. Mitigate first showed up promptly when they said they would and very impressively removed the smell of smoke from our home which was driving us crazy. They put a few machines in the house and the smell was all but gone by the time they removed them after a few days. Very good communication and follow through. Great team to work with!
